Private chef since 21. I cook as I live: intentionally, respectfully, and without excess. I accompany those who value authenticity and enjoy luxury.
My cuisine reflects my values: sustainable, close, and carefully crafted. I move between summers in Ibiza and winters in the Alps, bringing my culinary proposal to villas, chalets, and spaces where intimacy matters as much as flavor.
